1. Step I…Let’s Meet!

To best serve my clients I meet with all of them for an initial consult. We discuss what type of transaction they will be doing; buying or selling prior to the initial meeting and decide what is needed for that first consult.

For buyers; the type of home they are looking for, location, price..any information important to their search will be discussed!Contracts and paperwork will be discussed at this appointment, you will leave with the complete knowledge of information!

For sellers; a walk through of the house will be done, market analysis and price opinion prepared. Contracts and paperwork will be discussed at this appointment, you will leave with the complete knowledge of information!

2. Step II…Start Your Home Search or List Your House

Buyers: After the initial meeting you will be set up with an online home search that will alert you when listings come on the market that match your search criteria. When we have homes of interest we will start the showing process of visiting each home. Generally buyers will find a home to put an offer in on within 6-9 showings!

Sellers: After the initial meeting the process will begin to prepare your home for the market. This may include staging of your home, design consultation and a walk through of the house. Professional photos will be done and final paperwork. When ready, the home will ne listed on mls and you’ll be open for showings!

3. Step III…Write Your Offer/Accept An Offer

Buyers: Once you find “the” home, an offer will be written and submitted to the seller. The terms of your offer will be discussed and included in the purchase agreement. Negotiations may take place and once an agreement is decided upon then the inspection and closing process begins!! You will be guided through the process until you close and the home is your own!

Sellers: Once you receive an offer negotiations or acceptance of the offer will ensue. When a final agreement is made, the purchase agreement is signed by all parties. The buyer will most likely do a home inspection and then the closing process will begin!
