This fall is sure to be a hit as the market continues to shine for home sellers. A shortage of entry level homes has made this a prime time for people to sell their homes but has forced buyers to have patience. In a Star Tribune article out in July titled, Twin Cities housing market still smiling on sellers, couldn’t be a better explanation of what we are seeing right now. This trend mainly focuses on homes at “entry level” prices while luxury homes have a larger supply. “The median sale price for June closings hit $271,900, up 5.7 percent from the same period a year ago.” said the Star Tribune article.

Looking at the fall market and what has been happening this summer I wanted to take the chance to share with you these 3 active listings from my sellers.
